Theater Ticket Office

On the current picture you can see front of a booth of a theater ticket office nearby the Red Square and GUM with the poster on the bottom of ballet "Romeo and Juliet" which was shown in Moscow from 18 to 20 of April by the troupe from Dusseldorf "Deutsche Oper am Rhein" (“German Opera on the Rhein”). It was a part of the Festival of Modern German Choreography supported by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

On April 20th, I provided a city tour to a three young dancers from this troupe and, when we were walking around the area of the Red Square and GUM, I took the picture of their poster for memory. Why not, I thought at that moment, if it could be a great addition to the excellent picture of my "My Dear Clients" I took in GUM (see the picture "Trio Touring GUM") to tell a story about this event for my HOT News from Moscow, isn't it?

This was my first trip to Moscow,I hired Aurthur's services via internet and it was the best decision I could have made. Authur was able to relocate me to a more suitable hotel, after my "knowledgeable" travel agent booked me into totally inapropriate surrounds. Authur's extensive knowledge of the city and it's history made my stay even more memorable, as I was interested in seeing all the sights, not just the ones in the brochures.I was picked up from my hotel on time every time, and was not only shown the sights, but was taken to some very interesting and enjoyable restuarants and night spots, something that only some one who is local would know.More importantly, as I was travelling alone, Arthur's conversation and presence made me feel more at ease, as he was able to translate on my behalf in all manner of social and non-social interactions. I would certanly recommend that any one thinking of travelling to Moscow should contact Arthur before travelling, so he can point them in the right direction as to where to stay etc... I had such a good time that I now count Arthur as one of my friends.
