Northern River-Boat Station

Northern River-Boat Station

Northern River-Boat Station was built at the same time as the Moscow Canal in 1937 on the bank of Khimkinskoye storage pond. An elegant weightless building with a tower and a spire, crowned with a gold and red five-pointed star. The star was set on the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin from 1935 to 1937. Local, excursion and pleasure routes are serviced by high-speed hydrofoil crafts and passenger motor ships.

Dear Arthur,
Thanks for the tour. It was a wonderful experience to go on the excursion from Moscow to Sergiev Posad to see the beautiful monastery of Trinity - St. Sergius.
Thanks for your helpful advice on photography, your photos are great. You are knowledgeable, cheerful, and a careful and curteous driver. Your casual friendly manner made us feel we were spending the day with a friend.
It is easy to see why the Tretyakov Gallery is considered one of the great art museums of the world.
Your help enabled us to have a better visit there.
