White tulips in Lavra

White tulips in Lavra

This photo I took on the main square of the Trinity Monastery of St. Sergius at the end of May 2005. It was a lot of flowers on this square and I decided to include these tulips in my "new" composition. I took photo almost from the grass (ground)...

The Trinity Monastery of St. Sergius carries the name of Lavra that translating from Greece means "main and most important monastery". There are four lavras in Russia, but this monastery is considered to be "Russian Vatican" and besides our patriarch's temporary residence is situated there.

Fearing to lack assistance in such so great city, I was so close to suspend my business travel to Russia, if by chance by easy search in the Net I got Mr. Arthur contact.
I avow this it was my best choice to book a guide and I feel lucky to get so serious, professional guide.

Mr. Arthur has escorted me in all my moves in Moscow, and he was there to serve as translator in Hotels, in the markets, for the money exchange..
I was in Moscow for a fair but wanting to join the pleasant to the useful, I had Mr. Arthur who made me visit to the main monuments of Moscow.

So knowledgeable, so precise about Moscow history, so passionate, proud about his city, I have discovered a wonderful city, full of glory.

Mr. Arthur has cared to finish all the itinerary and icing on the cake, fantastic photos all along the visit.

A high quality service from a professional guide.
